In August 2004, recognizing our expanding scope and ambitions, we rebranded to AD Engineering Limited Company. This pivotal change reflected our transition into a broader range of projects, including residential and remodeling works. With this growth, our ownership structure evolved to a majority local ownership of 51%, with 49% foreign investment, reinforcing our commitment to local development and international standards.
Following our rebranding, we also introduced building maintenance services, a strategic move inspired by our clients' appreciation for the quality and reliability of our work. Our dedication to delivering comprehensive solutions has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships and a reputation for excellence.
To support our expanding project portfolio, we recruited expert construction professionals from the Philippines, bringing diverse backgrounds and specialized skills to our team. This multicultural and highly skilled workforce has enabled us to successfully undertake and execute complex commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
In recent years, we have also embraced sustainable energy solutions by integrating solar energy systems into our services.
